OHIONET is pleased to announce a new online workshop: OHIO AS AMERICA,
Teaching 4th Grade Ohio History Just Got Better!

Introducing OHIO AS AMERICA, an exciting new online textbook with teaching
tools that bring Ohio’s history to life like never before!
Created for 4th grade history teachers by the Ohio Historical Society OHIO
AS AMERICA is an online portal to teaching resources and
reference materials that provide a greatly enhanced, mulch-dimensional look
at the history of Ohio. OHIO AS AMERICA is a carefully compiled,
online textbook that provides an accurate, up-to-date study of Ohio’s past
in the most exciting format available today.

This workshop will be helpful for your library if you have a homework help
center, frequently find yourselves working with 4th grade Ohio history
assignments at the reference desk, or have other outreach events with your
local schools.

When: Tuesday, February 21, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where: Live, ONLINE
