[OPLINLIST] Online Presentation Software

OPLIN Libraries:

 

We are looking at creating online flash/video tutorials for downloadable
services on our website.  I'm looking for recommendations on software that
is relatively easy and minimal in cost.  

 

I know of Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia. is there anything else that is
good and do you know of any freeware stuff.

 

I'm looking for plus and minuses on products.eager to hear your input.
