[OPLINLIST] Update on Yesterdays outage and tonights restoration.

Yesterday (Thursday, May 31, 2012) several libraries experienced a major 
outage in Internet service.  The outage was caused by a break in a 10 
Gig fiber due to a pole fire.  Thanks to Time Warner Cable's quick 
response in rerouting circuits, the interruption in service only lasted 
from around 3:40pm until about 4:50pm.

Time Warner Cable has repaired the connection and has advised us that 
they will be restoring those circuits to their original path starting at 
6:30pm tonight (Friday, June 1, 2012).  No down time is expected with 
this procedure.
