Please excuse my typo.   The salary figure below is correct.

 

The Columbiana Public Library is seeking a personable and innovative person
to fill the full time position of Adult Services Librarian. The librarian
plans, coordinates and maintains the adult department services and
materials. 

 

Applicants should have a broad knowledge of the principles of library
science and their application involving reader advisory, publication,
selection of resources, skill in the development of library adult
programming , good judgment in making decisions, and the ability to
communicate effectively with staff and patrons.

 

A Master of Library Science degree issued by an ALA accredited school is
required. Five years of public library experience with some experience
working with adults is preferred. 

 

Salary begins at $28,000 but is dependent on qualifications and experience.
