[OPLINLIST] Marvin Memorial Library to close for Director's Funeral

Marvin Memorial Library Director Ann Bavin died this Tuesday the 13th of
March. She started her career in Shelby in 1983 when she joined the library
as the Children's Librarian and later as the Reference librarian. She was
the Library Director from the late 1990's until she passed away this week.
Her gentle but pragmatic style of leadership will be missed by all. 

 

The Library will be closed on Saturday, March 17 so that the staff may
attend her funeral at the West Unity Presbyterian Church.
