State Of Ohio Training Association Spring Event Announcement

 

The State of Ohio Training Association is now accepting registrations
for its spring event, "Critical Thinking for Influential Storytelling"
on May 11, 2012 from 8:30-4:30.  

 

This event features Ruth Milligan, Executive Speech Coach and co-curator
of the TEDx Columbus event.  

 

During this interactive workshop, participants will apply critical
thinking strategies to develop a story structure for presenting
information. Participants will be able to apply these practices to
maximize the effectiveness of their own presentations and training
topics. Attendees of this event will be able to:

*        Sequence your content for highest impact

*        Distinguish elements that make a great story

*        Use examples and analogies that influence 

*        Listen effectively and provide fair critique

 

The cost of the event is $79.00 and will be held at the Msgr. Joseph
Jessing Conference Center in Columbus.
