[OPLINLIST] Collection Agency

[Delphos Library]

Hi All:
   Are there any small libraries in the Northwest area of the state that use a collection agency to recover long overdue library materials? Are you happy with your service & is the cost reasonable?  We have checked into the Unique Management service that works with SEO. Any ides would be appreciated.
