[OPLINLIST] Important eRate Filing Dates

Hello all,

 

Here are some important dates for eRate for FY 2013 (July 1, 2013-June
30, 2014):

 

February 14, 2013: Last day to file Form 470

December 12, 2012-- March 14, 2013: window for filing Form 471

 

Remember, file Form 470, then wait 28 days before filing Form 471.

If you are just starting the application process, you should first
review the FCC Form 470 and Instructions and the FCC Form 471 and
Instructions. You can find these forms and instructions on the Forms
<http://www.usac.org/sl/tools/forms.aspx>  page of the USAC website. You
should also review the FY2013 Eligible Services List
<http://www.usac.org/_res/documents/sl/pdf/ESL_archive/EligibleServicesL
ist-2013.pdf>  to verify that the services you want to request are
eligible for discounts.
