We thought everyone in Ohio libraries would appreciate seeing the library world's newest super-hero, "Captain Cargo."  Here's our cargo specialist Susan Baker decked out for Halloween.  And yes, her cape is a cargo bag and her face mask is papier-mache cargo labels!

Of course I awarded her top prize for costume creativity, and thought you'd all get a kick out of it!
