Kerwin Pilgrim: Outcome Based Evaluation Workshop -- September 21, 2012

Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn that something extra you need for that program, or grant you have been working on. 
This training will teach you a clear process for creating programs with evaluation in mind. 

    1. Plan a program that will address a need. 
    2. Implement the program you've planned. 
    3. Measure outputs (like the number of people who attended) and outcomes (like the number of attendees who used the new resource taught in the program). 

Make this process part of your program planning, and you'll always be ready to show the impact of your programs. 


This is a hands-on session, not a lecture on theory. Kerwin is asking you to bring a program or program plan with you. Together, you'll work through the OBE process. Thinking about writing a grant or developing a new kind of program? This is a great opportunity to get expert feedback and improve your chances of success.
