[OPLINLIST] Do you accept SMS notice replies? Or email notice replies?

If you offer SMS notices (through OPLIN or in some other way), do you 
accept replies to them? It seems like it would be a nice service to 
offer, but it's hard to imagine circ staff dealing with these, 
especially when I suspect a lot of them wouldn't include a library card 
number or any other way to uniquely identify the person, and could 
easily be unclear in other ways. Thanks.
