This question from a patron:

 has anybody ever read a novel about a guy trapped in a town where every girl is his girlfriend at different ages? Title was the girl's name+town or ville...? Like Saraville, or Bettytown, something like that?

 
Thanks in advance if anyone can come up with a title....not sure if it's an adult or YA novel.
