The State Library of Ohio is seeking a Library Consultant for our Library Programs and Development Department located in Columbus, Ohio.

This position reports to the Associate State Librarian for Library Development, Missy Lodge, and will work primarily with public libraries throughout Ohio on continuing education programs, strategic planning, employment development, human services, and civic engagement.

Minimum qualifications:

*        Master's degree in library science from accredited college or university;

*        12 mos. exp. in library science position performing budgeting & project management tasks or in management &/or administration;

*        5 yrs. exp. in library science position.
