[OPLINLIST] e-cigarette policy

Hi everyone,

I have been asked if any libraries in Ohio have developed a policy about e-cigarettes inside their buildings.  If you have one, could you share it?  And, if you know of any businesses or government offices that have one, I'd appreciate that also.
