The Sabina Public Library will have a new director due to the retirement February 28th 2013, of the present director, Bonnie Starcher. The new director is Peggy Dunn (pdunn at oplin.org). There will be an open house at the library on Friday, February 22nd from 2 pm until 6 pm to celebrate with Bonnie.
