Next question. 

 

Line items 9 -- FCC Form 471 Application number. The only number from the
letter that seems to fit only has 6 digits. It is reflected on the
e-ratecentral.com "E-rate Organizer Funding Search Analysis for Funding Year
2011"

 

Line item 10 - has 7 digits instead of 10. 

 

The only number from the FCDL that I could find that remotely had 10 digits
was an "Applicant's Form ID number" that had an extra slash in it.
