 The Small Libraries Division of OLC is again sponsoring a mentoring
program for librarians working in Ohio’s small libraries (25,000 or less
service population).  Have you begun a new position as a small library
director, YA librarian, Children’s Librarian or other position?  Would you
like to be paired with a veteran librarian who could serve as a mentor as
you find your way in your new position?  If so, please contact Jim Gill at
