[OPLINLIST] for NE OH Libraries -- Plain Dealer in August

What is your plan -- just get 3x per week?  Licence max # of devices for
online issues?  Pick up in-between issues at the corner store?  Other
arrangements with carrier?

We would just like to find a way to get them all on paper -- but want to
know if anyone has found something better than stopping at a box or store
every morning.
