[OPLINLIST] Live stream now available for Libraries & Health Insurance webinar (7/26)

On July 16 the State Library of Ohio sent out information to Ohio public libraries on preparing for October 1st and the Affordable Health Care Act<http://library.ohio.gov/blog/?p=4503>.  We announced the WebJunction webinar, Libraries & Health Insurance: Preparing for October 1<http://www.webjunction.org/events/webjunction/Libraries_and_Health_Insurance_Preparing_for_October_1.html> scheduled for this Friday, July 26 at 12 PM regarding plans to provide library staff with resources to respond to increased patron information needs related to the Affordable Care Act.

Due to high interest in this topic, registration for this webinar filled very quickly. If you were able to register for this event, please refer to the information in your confirmation email for accessing the webinar, and look to receive a reminder email soon.  If you were not able to register, WebJunction is offering a live stream option (Friday, July 26, 12 PM) at: http://webjunction.org/news/webjunction/libraries-health-insurance-live-stream.html.   *   Info widgets for library websites<http://marketplace.cms.gov/getofficialresources/widgets-and-badges/mp-badges-english.html>, which will lead users directly to U.S. government info, available in English<http://marketplace.cms.gov/getofficialresources/widgets-and-badges/mp-badges-english.html> and in Spanish<http://marketplace.cms.gov/getofficialresources/widgets-and-badges/mp-badges-spanish.html>.

The State Library of Ohio is currently investigating training opportunities and potential partnerships to assist libraries. Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.
