I wanted to pass along to the list the attached promotional information
prepared by the Children’s Hunger Alliance about the USDA’s Summer Food
Service Program for you to post or distribute as you see fit. As most of
you know, kids who rely on free lunches during the school year often have
difficulty getting lunch during the summer. If your library is not already
participating in a summer feeding program, the attached fliers provide a
phone number and website your patrons can use to find sites offering the
program near them.
