[OPLINLIST] Help naming program

Robin et. All,

 

First of all, there are disabled patrons who could benefit from the first
four programs. Maybe call it "Golden Independence" series, because
maintaining independence is a huge deal for these two populations. Just a
thought.

Subject: [OPLINLIST] Help naming program

 

Our library is planning a "Savvy Seniors Week", with informational sessions
for Social Security, Medicare (OSHIIP), the Ohio Consumer's Council, our
local medical center, and an elder abuse information group (OCAPS).

 

It was brought to our attention that some people may find being classified
as a "Senior" offensive, especially since some of these programs kick in at
age 62 or so.

 

Any suggestions for names for this week?
