[OPLINLIST] Input on Reading Down Fines

OPLIN Libraries:

 

The majority of libraries that responded (13 out of 14) only allow patrons
to work off late fees and not damaged or lost items.   

 

Several libraries also mentioned that they do a Food for Fines program,
which allows patrons to bring in non-perishable food items for late fee
reductions.
