[OPLINLIST] Fine Free libraries?

We are considering moving towards a fine free policy here and I was 
looking for other Ohio libraries who have done this
in order to compare policies and gather some information and advice. 
Thus far, I have only found two libraries in Ohio
that are (at least mostly) fine free.

If you library has eliminated overdue fines, please contact me off of 
the listserv if you are willing to answer a few questions for me.
