[OPLINLIST] "The Light of Freedom" Civil War movie offer

The Army of the Ohio announces a new Civil War movie on DVD, of regional interest.  The Light of Freedom includes a focus on the 14th Ohio Volunteer Infantry and their participation during the early months of the Civil War.  Many of the scenes were based on actual letters written home to Ohio 150 years ago.   The Army of the Ohio suggests this film for use in conjunction with library programs on the Underground Railroad, the Civil War, Black History Month, or Ohio history in general.

The Army of the Ohio is pleased to offer the DVD to libraries at a discounted price of $15/copy plus shipping.  All proceeds will go to the Save the Flags program at the Ohio Historical Society.
