Position:  Reference Team Leader, Full-time
Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the team to ensure that the best possible customer service is provided. Monitor and assess reference services to develop and enhance those services. Overall responsibility for department programming. Supervisory duties include scheduling, staff development, assess staff performance, and interviewing. Participate as a member of the management team. Other duties as requested or assigned.
 
Qualifications: An ALA accredited MLS degree with a minimum of three years supervisory experience is required. A strong service ethic, leadership and training skills, and customer service skills are needed. Excellent database, e-reader, ILS, MS Office, web site, and Internet skills are required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, collaborate, effectively problem solve, be organized, efficient, creative, and foster a team environment.
 
Salary & Benefits:  Salary range is $18.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
