[OPLINLIST] Preservation Advice

Hello all:
The restoration company that repaired our historic library also purchased
our county historic jail that was built in the late 1800s. They think they
have found the original blueprints/plans in the cellar. Very soft and
fragile. They want to unfold without damaging further. Anyone know of a
paper preservation specialist in NW Ohio?
