[OPLINLIST] Tuition reimbursement

I have a staff member who is interested in pursuing her MLS and was 
wondering what other libraries do in the way of tuition reimbursement.  
What percentage do you pay, is there a requirement that they stay a 
certain period of time after completion, etc?

Any information you can share would be appreciated.
