The Executive Director is responsible for the following: providing strategic leadership guided by the organizational plan for the Chief Officers of State Library Agencies<http://www.cosla.org/> (COSLA); implementing of policies set by the Board of Directors as well as annual goals and objectives including financial, program, and fund development; representing the organization at conferences, advisory groups, working groups, partner meetings, and in discussions with policymakers; providing the leadership and direction necessary to sustain the growth of AMR and their assigned association(s).
