[OPLINLIST] Vacation accrual policies

Hello,

 

Our library is reviewing the vacation benefits we give, and we would
like to get examples of what other libraries offer. I'm interested in
vacation accrual for full-time and part-time employees, and maximum time
that can be banked. We'd also like to see example policies for paid or
unpaid bereavement leave.

 

Any help I can get will be much appreciated. Thanks!
