[OPLINLIST] Presentation Opportunity: WVLA accepting proposals for their Spring Fling Conference

The West Virginia Library Association, our neighbors to the east just
across the mighty Ohio river, are hosting their annual multi-type Spring
Fling conference on April 2 & 3, 2014.  This year's theme is "C" the
Change: Create, Collaborate, Communicate and, in the spirit of those
values, they would like to invite any interested Ohio librarians to submit
a program proposal.

If you have a great program or idea to share and are looking for chances to
practice your public presentation skills, consider making a submission.
The deadline is March 1, 2014.  The proposal forms are attached to this
email, and more information can be found at the association's website:
