[OPLINLIST] Microfilmers

I'm shopping for a service to microfilm our local newspapers on a 
regular basis. We currently subscribe to Heritage Archives. Half the 
time they lose the papers in processing. The other half they ignore my 
inquiries. I may exaggerate, but not by much. I'm ready to cut all ties. 
Other providers you know of or use? Thank you.
