[OPLINLIST] question about donated materials for memorials

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I don't remember what the
consensus was.

We have a patron who donates books (for memorials) that are 13, 14, 15
years old. Can you email me your policies regarding this issue? Do you
publish the donation? Do you send a thank you? Any information would be
much appreciated!
