Good Afternoon All,

This is a reminder that the FY 2014 Form 471 application window will close next week on
Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.  This includes the Item 21 Attachments.

If you have a contract that will expire on June 30, 2014, but forgot to include the service on a new Form 470, check the current contract to determine if it will allow for voluntary extensions.  If so, you can choose to extend the current contract.  Make sure to send your Service Provider a letter with your signature notifying them of your decision.  This will be your proof, when PIA asks for documentation.  This must be done prior to submitting the Form 471.  You will use the original Form 470 application number and Contract Award Date in Block 5 of the Form 471, along with the new Contract Expiration Date.
