[OPLINLIST] Information about the current network outage

Hello, 

The current Internet outage is affecting more than just the OPLIN network; unfortunately, a road construction crew cut a major AT&T fiber line to the State of Ohio Computer Center. It may be fixed late today, but no exact time on a repair. We will continue to post updates via Twitter (@OPLIN) and will send out messages as we know more.
