Follow up to my email after several libraries 'reminded me'? that I could just use Priority Dispatch for returning materials...the CLC member libraries have delivery of materials by Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) NOT Priority Dispatch. HOWEVER CML maintains a Priority account so any CLC library could ship or receive through Priority IF CML's shipping address/code is used AND you clearly label the internal contents with the appropriate library.

?Just a note that the post offices has made changes for mailing packages which are more restrictive than in the past. We received a 'postage due' return from another library who recycled an old Priority mail envelope and just put regular postage rates on the envelope. The post office charged us the additional $3.54 for the cost of a priority package. Bottom line, penny wise doesn't always pay off when recycling certain things like mailers!
