[OPLINLIST] Tally on Open Toe Shoes

OPLIN Libraries:

Out of the 30 responses I received on the matter,  25 libraries allow for staff members to wear open toe shoes (no flip flops) while 5 libraries have policies in place restricting these types of shoes.  Most of the libraries that do restrict implemented the policy after a staff member become injured because of the lack of protective covering.
