[OPLINLIST] Training via Workforce Skills

Although Workforce Skills may not have the tutorials for the 2013 office
products, I would steer my patrons to the Microsoft site:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/. If a patron is unfamiliar with
Excel, I would not steer them directly to the 2013 tutorial, but start with
more simpler "beginning" concepts of cells, math, functions, etc with a
prior product -- whether available via Workforce Skills or YouTube or
Microsoft. There are so many tutorials to choose from -- but I still the
the Workforce Skills product is solid.
