That’s a 5 ¼ “ floppy disk.  Not to pick nits, but if you are trying to find
an old drive somewhere that can read it you’ll need to have that info.
There were also 3 ½ “ floppy disks that came after but those aren’t
compatible with the 5 ¼ “ drives.
