[OPLINLIST] Survey: 2016 CSLP summer reading manual delivery preferences (for libraries with changes only)

Hello,

Yes, SRP just started (hooray!), but the Collaborative Summer Library Program will soon request state orders for 2016 summer reading manuals, so I'm canvassing for any changes.

Please complete a brief survey (link below) only if any of these apply to you:
 *Your library has a change in contact person to receive the manuals;
 *You need more/fewer manuals than in 2015 (ordinarily we order 1 per branch/location);
 *You want some or all of your 2016 manuals in DVD only (to save paper) AND this is a change from 2015;
  *You previously received the manual on CD-ROM, and you want to switch to DVD.

If you require no changes to your CSLP manual delivery, please disregard this survey.

The 2016 CSLP themes will be "On Your Mark, Get Set, Read" (children/early literacy); "Get in the Game: Read" (teens); "Exercise Your Mind" (adults).
