[OPLINLIST] Laurie Gemmill Arp Joins State Library of Ohio Board

The State Library of Ohio is pleased to announce that the State Board of Education of Ohio recently appointed Laurie Gemmill Arp to the State Library Board and she was sworn in at the March 19, 2015 State Library Board meeting. Laurie is the current Director of Digital & Preservation Services at Lyrasis and its former Digitization Collaborative Program Manager. Her earlier work includes program implementation management at OCLC and archival, preservation, and online cultural heritage repository management at the Ohio Historical Society.  She has extensive experience serving on boards and committees including the Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board, the Ohio Electronics Records Committee, and ALA's Collaborative Digitization Interest Group.
