[OPLINLIST] Changes coming to the LSTA Open Grant program

Please excuse multiple postings...

Based upon feedback from the LSTA Advisory Council and potential LSTA applicants, the State Library will be making significant changes to the LSTA Open Grant Program.

Applications received prior to June 1, 2015 will be reviewed under the current guidelines<http://library.ohio.gov/open-grants> but no applications will be accepted after June 1, 2015.  The revised RFP and application guidelines will be posted July 1, 2015.
