Good afternoon,

If you are a public librarian who creates or collaborates on any kind of programming, services, training or policy for your library, please take 5 minutes to fill out this short 12-question survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VN26F3L>.

Responses will provide valuable information to some of this year's ILEAD USA<https://ileadusa.wordpress.com/> Ohio team members who are working to build a system that will help public libraries share and collaborate on the projects and services they work so hard to create.
