[OPLINLIST] Independent Contractor Form for OPERS

Thank you to OLC for sponsoring the Small Library Director's meetings
throughout the state. It is great to connect with folks who are facing the
same challenges/concerns.

At the NW Ohio meeting, we discussed briefly the OPERS Independent
Contractor's form stating that the worker was not an employee of the
library and eligible for OPERS. The form was revised in June. Here is a
