[OPLINLIST] self pick up for holds

Hi Everyone,


I'm considering moving our items on hold out so that patrons may pick them up themselves (wrapped and hidden titles etc...) of course.  Can anyone confirm or deny this is a good idea anyone have tips or pointers as to how to make the transition smoother?
