[OPLINLIST] Assistive technology

We are interested in circulating tablets with assistive technology for
disabled students and adults.  We are just starting the process but
wondered if any other library already has a program in place that connects
the disabled community with technology. We are looking for apps (free or
otherwise) that will benefit both children and adults.  Disabilities could
include vision or hearing impaired, motor skills issues, cognitive delays,
and autism.  We are in discussion with our local school that focuses on
children with multiple handicaps as well, to learn more about our
community's needs.
