Outreach Services Specialist

The Delaware County District Library has an opening for full time (40 hours
per week) Outreach Services Specialist at the Orange Branch

reports to the Outreach Services Manager. Primary duties are programming
for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities, working out in the
community on the Bookmobile, and performing other outreach and
delivery-related tasks. (Complete job description

DCDL places a high value on friendly customer service and has an

of community outreach. The successful candidate will have a strong customer
service focus, a good rapport with seniors and adults with special needs,
the ability to multi-task, and excellent verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; experience working with seniors and/or people
with developmental disabilities preferred.

Starting salary is $13.20 per hour. This is a full-time position and will
include working some evenings and occasional weekends. Download and print
