[OPLINLIST] Art Gallery Policies

Our Main Library currently has a hallway leading into our Children's Department that we use as gallery space that rotates out monthly with different local artists. I am wondering if anyone has a policy in place for such things that they would be willing to share. We recently had some of the art displayed come into question.
