[OPLINLIST] INFO: OPLIN Core Maintenance 2017/2/21 10pm - 2am

Starting at 10pm on 2017-02-21 the entire OPLIN network will be taken
offline for planned maintenance. An outage of ~2 hours is expected.

Engineers from OIT, Juniper, and OPLIN will be on site performing a major
upgrade of the OPLIN core router.
