The Athens County Public Libraries seek a full time (35 hours per week)
Outreach Services Manager. This position oversees library services
delivered to patrons outside of library branch locations, including
delivery of materials to homebound patrons, maintenance of “drop”
collections at area agencies, and development of new programs to deliver
library services outside of library branch locations within the scope of
the library’s mission and strategic plan. Candidates must have a college
degree at the bachelor’s level or equivalent library experience, and 2
years of professional experience in a library or education setting.
Candidates holding an MLIS degree from an ALA-accredited institution are
preferred. Salary begins at $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
