[OPLINLIST] Cataloging question

I have attached a title page and we have a question. What is the FAC  number that is just below the ISBN? I Googled it and it took me to a page that our filter wouldn't allow me to go to - it was related to Disney and "entertainment" so not allowable.  I have a feeling it has something to do with the pseudonym name "Richard Castle" but my catalogers were wondering what it is.
